ELKHORN LODGE TRAIL RIDES INFORMATION:
Elkhorn Stables offers trail rides, steak dinner rides, boarding services and provide horses for Western style wedding parties at the Summit of Elkhorn Mountain. As we have featured trail riding for well over a century, our trail system traverses the most historic routes in the Estes Park area.
Trail Rides:
Packing 25 people on a nose to tail trail ride every hour is not our cup of tea. Over the years our "Private Rides" have soared in popularity. Just you, your family or friends... no strangers in your photographs. Elkhorn Lodge & Guest Ranch Stables offer great horses, wranglers, and the most historic trail rides in the Estes Area. We feature a variety of horseback options, from the just-get-acquainted trail rides to the steak dinner rides. For average cowpokes, we offer a nice 1 - 1½ hour ride.
Have Your Own Horse?
Bring 'em along. We offer private paddocks, over-sized covered runs (30'x30') as well as pens along the river so you can bunk in your live-in trailer and be close to your trusted steed.
